In-stock diamonds — insured delivery across Greater Beirut in 24–48 hours

Returns & Refunds

We would rather you were certain about a diamond before you ever pay for it than rely on sending it back afterwards. That is why every stone is certified, filmed in 360° video and shown to you in full — and why you can verify its report yourself before you commit. Still, a clear return policy matters, so here is ours, in plain terms.

Returning a loose diamond

A loose diamond may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund, provided it comes back in its original condition. To be eligible, the stone must be:

  • Not set into a ring or any other piece of jewellery;
  • Unworn and unused;
  • Free of any chip, breakage or alteration;
  • Returned with its original grading certificate and packaging.

As long as those conditions are met, the return is straightforward and the diamond is checked against its certificate on arrival.

After the first week, or once a stone has been used

If a diamond has been set into jewellery, worn or used, or is returned more than 7 days after purchase, it is no longer eligible for a full refund. A stone in that condition has left its original state, so any return is at our discretion and a loss is incurred on the value — we will always tell you plainly where you stand before anything is agreed.

Diamonds we cannot take back

A diamond that comes back chipped, broken or altered may be refused. Certified natural diamonds are durable but not indestructible, and a stone that has been damaged is no longer the stone described on its report. This is the one case where a return may not be possible at all.

Made-to-order settings

A setting is different from a loose diamond. Engagement-ring settings are handcrafted to order, specifically for you: each one carries a master jeweller’s hours and a quantity of gold committed to your chosen design. That gold is bought at the day’s market price, and the price of gold moves constantly. If a finished ring is later broken down, neither the labour nor the manufacturing can be recovered, and the gold rarely returns its original value — a genuine loss that cannot be undone by melting the piece.

For that reason, a made-to-order setting cannot be returned for a refund once it has been crafted. We treat this as a reason to be especially careful before anything is made, not after: we confirm every detail of the design, the metal and the fit when you reserve, and nothing goes to the bench until you are certain. If something is not right, the time to tell us is before we begin — and we will gladly work it through with you.

Delivery and timing

A loose diamond is in stock and ready to go. Insured delivery is free within the Greater Beirut area and typically arrives within 24 to 48 hours. For buyers elsewhere in Lebanon and across the diaspora, we arrange secure delivery and confirm the details with you directly.

A finished engagement ring is different, because it is made to order. Once you reserve, the ring is handcrafted for you in our atelier, which takes about one week to ten days before it is ready to collect or to deliver. If you are working to a date, tell us early and we will plan around it.

Need a finished ring sooner? Ask us about our express service. Rather than building a setting from scratch, we take a ready-made mounting, size it to the finger and set your chosen diamond — which can be ready in 24 to 48 hours. It is the quickest route to a finished ring; the trade-off is that the design is chosen from settings we already hold, so there is less room for bespoke detail than a piece crafted around your stone from the start. If timing matters more than full customisation, tell us and we will show you what is ready to go.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp with your order and we will guide you through it. Returns are handled in person by appointment in Bourj Hammoud, so the stone and its certificate can be checked together. If you have a question before you buy, ask first — we would rather answer it up front than have you return anything at all.
