Every loose diamond we sell is physical stock in Beirut, and every one of our engagement rings in Lebanon is made to order here. We deliver free and insured within Greater Beirut only; buyers elsewhere in Lebanon or abroad collect by appointment in Beirut. This page sets out the timings, what arrives with your stone and when the balance is paid.
Free insured delivery within Greater Beirut
If your address is in Greater Beirut, delivery is free and insured, for loose diamonds and finished rings alike. We confirm the delivery details with you on WhatsApp. If you are not sure whether your address falls within Greater Beirut, send it to us before you reserve and we will tell you plainly.
We do not ship elsewhere in Lebanon or abroad. Outside Greater Beirut, you collect your diamond or ring in person in Beirut, by appointment, as described below.

Timings start once the diamond or ring is reserved with a deposit. A made-to-order ring takes longer because it is crafted around your chosen diamond, and every detail of design, metal and ring size is confirmed with you before work begins. The express option is the quickest route to a finished ring, with a narrower choice of designs and sizes. If you are working to a date, tell us early and we will plan around it.

Collection by appointment in Beirut
Everyone outside Greater Beirut, whether elsewhere in Lebanon or abroad, collects in person in Beirut, and buyers within Greater Beirut may collect rather than take delivery if they prefer. Collection is by appointment only, at our office in the Bourj Hammoud district of Beirut. The exact address is shared privately once your appointment is booked.
The appointment is for paying and collecting, not for browsing. The choosing happens beforehand, online or on WhatsApp, where we send each stone’s certificate and 360° video.
Paying the balance
Every reservation requires a deposit, which takes the diamond off the market in your name. The balance is paid when the diamond or ring is handed over: on delivery within Greater Beirut, or at your collection appointment in Beirut. We confirm the details with you on WhatsApp when you reserve.
What arrives with your diamond
Your diamond comes with its original GIA or HRD grading certificate, the report whose number you can check on the laboratory’s own website, together with its packaging. A finished ring comes with the certificate of its centre diamond. Keep the certificate and packaging safe: a loose diamond can only be returned with both.
Returns after delivery
A loose diamond may be returned within 7 days of delivery if it is unset, unworn and undamaged and comes back with its certificate and packaging. Made-to-order ring settings cannot be refunded once crafted, which is why every detail is confirmed before work begins. The full conditions are on the returns page.
Buying from elsewhere in Lebanon or abroad
Distance changes how you receive the diamond, not how you choose it. You browse and compare online, we send the certificate and 360° video of any stone on WhatsApp, and you reserve with a deposit. Then you collect by appointment in Beirut, with the ring ready when you arrive. No. diamonds.com.lb delivers within Greater Beirut only and does not ship elsewhere in Lebanon or abroad. Buyers outside Greater Beirut choose and reserve remotely, then collect their diamond or ring in person in Beirut, by appointment. The exact address is shared privately once the appointment is booked.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock loose diamonds are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours in Greater Beirut. Engagement rings are made to order in about a week to ten days, or in 24 to 48 hours with the express option, where your diamond is set into a ready-made mounting. Diamonds sourced to your specification typically take 2 to 3 weeks.
Is delivery free?
Yes. Delivery within Greater Beirut is free and insured, for loose diamonds and finished rings alike. Outside Greater Beirut there is no delivery service, paid or free: you collect your diamond or ring by appointment in Beirut instead, once it has been reserved with a deposit.
When do I pay the balance?
Reserving a diamond or ring requires a deposit, which takes it off the market in your name. The balance is paid when the piece is handed over, either on delivery within Greater Beirut or at your collection appointment in Beirut. The details are confirmed with you on WhatsApp when you reserve.
What comes with my diamond?
