How It Works
diamonds.com.lb is an online house. Everything you need to choose your diamond with confidence is already here — the certificate, the 360° video, the price held against the market. There is no showroom appointment to “come and look”: the in-person moment is reserved for one thing only — completing your purchase, if and when you want to.
1 — Choose, entirely online
Browse the collection, compare stones, and read each one’s GIA or HRD certificate and 360° video. Build your ring — diamond and setting — without leaving your chair. Anything you would ask across a counter, ask us on WhatsApp; we answer personally, usually within the hour.
2 — Verify for yourself
Every stone’s certificate number can be checked on the laboratory’s own website, and we publish where each price stands against the trade benchmark. If you would like to watch a diamond move in real time, we will put it in front of a camera on a live video call — the same view you would get at a counter, from wherever in the world you are.
3 — Reserve with no obligation
When a stone speaks to you, reserve it. A reservation costs nothing and holds the diamond while you decide. Nothing is owed until you choose to buy.
4 — Complete your purchase, your way
This is the only step that may happen in person — and only if you wish it. When you are ready to pay, you can:
- Receive it. Insured delivery across Greater Beirut, typically within 24–48 hours.
- Collect it. Come to our Beirut office by appointment to pay and collect in person. The appointment is for the purchase, not for browsing.
Either way, the ring is backed by a house you can return to for cleaning, setting checks and any aftercare it needs.

An online house shows you more, not less: every stone documented, every price transparent, every certificate verifiable — with none of the pressure of a showroom floor. We spent years grading diamonds for the trade behind closed doors. Putting that on an open website is simply the honest version of the same business.
